Which methods of payment do you accept?
When paying online, your first month’s rental can be paid through various methods.
Through our payment gateway payfast there are multiple ways to pay, please see list below.

- Absa Pay

We do not accept cash or cheques. Thereafter, monthly rentals are strictly payable via monthly subscription.
When is my rent due?
Rent is payable in advance on the first day of each month. Your initial payment is due at the time of booking your unit. Thereafter, rental will be collected automatically via subscription from your card on the first or second working day of each month.
Will I recieve a monthly VAT tax invoice?
Your storage lease agreement, together with your proof of payment, serves as a valid VAT invoice for SARS tax purposes.
Is the rental inclusive or exclusive of VAT?
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.
Are there any other initial costs such as a deposit involved?
No deposit is required, and there are no additional administrative fees charged when you move in.
Cancellation
Cancellation with Store it Honeydew is simple. We require one calendar months notice mailed to sales@storeit.co.za where you quote your name/surname/unit number.
After the calender month has passed your subscription will be cancelled and you will be required to remove your valuables from your unit.
