Free Move In Truck
This service is completely free of charge for new customers moving in.
A fuelled truck with a driver will meet you at your chosen location, within a 30km driving distance from the Store-it premises. If you are unsure, you can confirm the distance using Google Maps.
You simply load your belongings into the truck, follow it to the Store-it facility, and unload your goods directly into your storage unit.
Logistics
Ensure all goods are packed and ready for loading before the truck arrives. This may include moving items down from upper floors, such as a first-floor apartment.
Arrange enough assistance to help with loading.
Consolidate all items for storage at a single location, as the truck can only be dispatched to one address.
Where applicable, check with your complex or facilities manager to confirm that the truck can access the property and drive up to your townhouse or office.
Conditions
All clients will be required to sign a truck and driver agreement which outlines all applicable terms and condition
